KAS BANK announces that Delta Lloyd Group has notified a capital interest in KAS BANK of 12.7%. This interest is not related to the previously notified interest from Delta Deelnemingen Fonds in KAS BANK.

KAS BANK announces that Fortis S.A./N.V. has reduced its capital interest in KAS BANK to 0 %.
